Technical Principle of Gas Volume Measurement
- Sample Piercing – A precision needle pierces the cap or seal, creating a sealed path while preserving the original carbonation.
- Internal Pressure Reading – High-accuracy sensors measure internal pressure, reflecting gas–liquid equilibrium.
- Temperature Measurement – The liquid temperature is measured, as CO₂ solubility is highly temperature-dependent.
- Gas Volume Calculation – Pressure and temperature data are applied to standard carbonation formulas to determine CO₂ content in “volumes” (liters of CO₂ per liter of liquid).
